The incoming raw materials are checked for marking, surface finished and grade for suitable applications. Hot and Cold Rolled sheets are checked for bend test and cupping test for its deep drawing properties.
Visual measurements and gradation of pickled sheets and gauging are couple of most critical parameters for the assessment of intermediate quality. The entire process control itself and ensures sound quality of finished products.
